Palo Santo
Palo Santo, or Holy Stick in Spanish, has been used for centuries for its purifying and cleansing abilities. This wood comes from the tree scientifically named Bursera graveolens. This tree grows naturally in Central American climates, stretching down into South America. It contains the organic compounds limonene and terpineol, releasing the scents of citrus and cedar when burned.
