This is a very unique specimen. It is considered a lateral tooth that would be found between the anterior and posterior teeth of a megalodon. Although the root is completed, there is significant damage to the enamel of the tooth. However, if you look closely at the photos, this tooth still has a lot of life left in the serrations.
