Program Description When you opt-in to the Mineralogy LLC loyalty club at our physical point of sale, you are agreeing to receive recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Mineralogy LLC. These messages may include discount alerts, loyalty program reward updates, and special event invitations.

2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interactions and our current promotional campaigns.

3. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may opt-in at the register during your next visit.

6. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
